Dental Assistant Nurse (DoH Registered)

Job Summary:

The Al Cady Medical Center is seeking to strengthen its talented team with a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant with a valid Department of Health (DoH) license to join our premium, patient-focused dental clinic. The ideal candidate will support the dentists in delivering high-quality care, ensure smooth clinic operations, and provide a welcoming experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities:Clinical Duties:

• Assist the dentist during routine and specialized dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas
• Take and process dental X-rays as needed
• Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed
• Monitor and maintain dental equipment and supplies
• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and reorder as needed

Patient Care:

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment.
• Provide chairside assistance and reassure patients throughout procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Qualifications:

• Valid DoH license to practice as a Dental Assistant in Abu Dhabi.
• Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a dental clinic setting.
• Proficiency in dental radiography and sterilization techniques.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with Dental Specialties (ortho, implants, etc. are a plus)
