We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Admin / HR Assistant to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and HR operations. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who can balance people management with administrative efficiency, and contribute to a smooth, supportive, and compliant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:

  • Assist with recruitment, on-boarding, and induction processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed

Administration:

  • Oversee office supplies, facility management, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain company records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Coordinate travel, meeting schedules, and event logistics
  • Manage front office or reception duties, if required
  • Liaise with external agencies for administrative matters (govt, labor office, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Admin and/or HR roles
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information
