Administative Assistant

Administrative Assistant / Office Manager (Part-Time)

Collegiate Landscaping of Glastonbury, CT is seeking a long-term, part-time individual to support our growing business. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and energetic professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Hours are flexible and can be discussed in the interview. Proven sales experience is a plus.

Hours: Part-time (flexible schedule)

Pay: $19 - $22 per hour (DOE), with potential performance-based bonuses.

Location: Glastonbury, CT (some remote work possible after training).

What We’re Looking For:

Customer service experience, especially via phone, text and email.
Professional, upbeat, and well-spoken demeanor.
Tech-savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (experience with QuickBooks or CRM systems is a plus).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
Reliable transportation to and from the office.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Communication & Sales Support

  • Answer incoming calls and make follow-up calls.
  • Handle billing and collections
  • Appointment-setting calls.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers.
  • Draft and send professional email correspondence.

Administrative & Office Management

  • Assist with light bookkeeping and data entry.
  • Maintain organized records, photos and files.
  • Keep the office organized and stocked with supplies.

Marketing & HR Support

  • Help create and manage marketing campaigns (experience with email marketing and social media platforms is a plus).
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
