Facilities & Site Operations:
- Manage end-to-end facilities operations for three manufacturing plants.
- Supervise refurbishment, renovation, and office relocation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Plan and optimize space allocation across all premises to meet evolving business needs.
- Direct central services including reception, archiving, cleaning, waste disposal, and recycling.
Administrative & Employee Services Leadership:
- Lead the full business travel cycle, including requests, approvals, per diem management, and policy compliance.
- Organize corporate events, staff welfare programs, and on-site administrative support activities.
- Oversee cafeteria management, housing, uniforms, and housekeeping functions.
Operations & Logistics Management:
- Manage transportation operations, including contractor oversight, route and fleet optimization, and performance evaluation.
- Administer mobile communication systems, ensuring accurate usage monitoring, billing, and contract management.
Compliance & Process Excellence:
- Develop, implement, and enforce facilities policies and procedures.
- Ensure optimal resource utilization and maintain compliance with all relevant standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 to 9 years of overall experience in facility or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- Leadership: A minimum of 3 years in a progressive managerial role, demonstrating a track record of leading teams and managing multi-site operations.
- Skills: Strong leadership, vendor management, and budgeting skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
