About the Company

We are a dynamic and fast-growing event management company specializing in corporate events, brand activations, weddings, and large-scale productions. We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to manage human resources and administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning across projects and offices.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for the company
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, NDAs, and compliance documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and contractor payments.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct aligned with company culture.
  • Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, contractor compliance) in coordination with consultants.

Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and facilities management.
  • Manage vendor coordination (housekeeping, security, IT support, office supplies).
  • Handle asset management, inventory records, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for events and staff.
  • Support senior management with administrative reporting and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between HR, accounts, production, and operations teams.

Event Support

  • Manage staffing requirements for events, including freelancers, coordinators, and support staff.
  • Ensure timely documentation and payments for event-based manpower.
  • Assist in manpower planning and budgeting for events.
  • Be available for on-ground coordination during major events when required.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and administrative processes.
  • Experience in event management, media, hospitality, or production industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and basic payroll systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in event management or allied industries.
  • Hands-on experience managing freelancers and contractual workforce.
