HR & Admin Manager

About the Company
We are a dynamic and fast-growing event management company specializing in corporate events, brand activations, weddings, and large-scale productions. We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to manage human resources and administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning across projects and offices.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the company
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, NDAs, and compliance documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and contractor payments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct aligned with company culture.
- Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Coordinate performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, contractor compliance) in coordination with consultants.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and facilities management.
- Manage vendor coordination (housekeeping, security, IT support, office supplies).
- Handle asset management, inventory records, and maintenance.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for events and staff.
- Support senior management with administrative reporting and documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination between HR, accounts, production, and operations teams.
Event Support
- Manage staffing requirements for events, including freelancers, coordinators, and support staff.
- Ensure timely documentation and payments for event-based manpower.
- Assist in manpower planning and budgeting for events.
- Be available for on-ground coordination during major events when required.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and administrative processes.
- Experience in event management, media, hospitality, or production industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and basic payroll systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in event management or allied industries.
- Hands-on experience managing freelancers and contractual workforce.
