Position Overview: Admin Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Coordinator to support our operations team and assist the Director. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities, including client coordination, stock analysis, procurement follow-ups, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to sales inquiries by preparing quotations after verifying client history, payment status, stock availability, and updated purchase prices.
• Conduct monthly analysis of client and procurement inquiries to inform stock purchasing and inventory movement.
• Coordinate with sales staff to manage client follow-ups, generate new leads, and support the accounts team in recovering pending payments.
• Monitor, track, and update records of incoming stock and inventory movements.
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing and cost data while identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
• Provide administrative support to the Director and assist with general office duties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably within the trading or distribution sector.
• Strong proficiency in data management and Excel.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
