HR and Admin Coordinator (Media Production Company)

About Us

We are a creative media production company producing films, photography, and digital content for leading brands and government entities across the UAE. As our projects and team continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and organized HR and Admin Coordinator to join us and help ensure our operations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end administrative support for daily business operations
  • Assist with HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Maintain and update staff records and attendance tracking
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for project logistics and scheduling
  • Support management in preparing reports, letters, and internal communications
  • Organize meetings, manage calendars, and handle office correspondence
  • Maintain an efficient filing system (digital and physical)
  • Oversee basic office management tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
