Job Title: HR Coordinator

About Us:
Sana Pure Drinking Water is a growing organization with a workforce of around 200 employees, committed to delivering high-quality drinking water products across the region. We are currently seeking a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing our human resources operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Hire the right candidate at the right time based on company needs
• Plan and approve employee leave requests in coordination with department heads
• Monitor employee attendance and working hours
• Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and labor groups for timely labor hiring
• Schedule and manage workforce availability to ensure business continuity
• Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR coordination or similar role (1-3 years preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR/payroll software
• Experience dealing with labor recruitment agencies is a plus
