Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Develop and post job advertisements.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Prepare job offers and onboarding documentation.
2. Employee Onboarding & Orientation
- Facilitate new employee orientation sessions.
- Ensure completion of all joining formalities.
- Introduce company policies and procedures.
3. HR Policy Implementation
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
- Communicate policies to employees and address policy-related questions.
4. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Support payroll processing and maintain attendance records.
- Administer employee benefits (health insurance, leave, etc.).
- Address employee inquiries about compensation and benefits.
5. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns or grievances.
- Promote a positive work environment.
- Assist with conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
6. Training & Development
- Identify employee training needs.
- Organize internal or external training programs.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness.
7. Performance Management
- Assist with the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Maintain employee performance records.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and feedback sessions.
8. HR Records & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of personnel data.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
9. Compliance & Audits
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
10. Exit Process
- Manage employee offboarding, including exit interviews and clearance.
- Process final settlements and hand over necessary documents.
Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in HR role
Salary : In between 2500 to 5000
Driving Licence : Must
