Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, interview, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (DHA, MOH, RNs, etc.)
• Maintain compliance with labor laws, requirements, and company policies
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to onboarding
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs
• Conduct background checks, license verifications, and employment eligibility documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter,
• Solid knowledge of labor law, and Recrutment regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
