Administration & Finance Officer

Role: The Administration & Finance Officer plays a critical role within the organization, providing comprehensive management of office affairs and support the finance teams with accounting and payables . The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating administrative functions, contributing to the organization's operational efficiency and compliance, and managing financials related to clients, including account receivables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration & Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies procurement, and facilities management
  • Maintain and manage organizational records, filing systems, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence for senior management
  • Draft, review, and distribute internal communications, reports, and memos
  • Manage contracts, vendor relationships, and service agreements
  • Support HR administrative functions including onboarding and personnel file maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all administrative activities

Financial Management

  • Maintain records of clients’ accounts and accounts receivables.
  • Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as required

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with focus on HR or Finance required Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in an administrative and/or finance role
  • Prior experience in a private health sector company is preferred

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Technical Skills

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Sage, or similar ERP systems
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and contract management

Soft Skills

  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and analytical mindset
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Standard office hours, Monday to Friday (flexibility may be required during reporting periods)
  • Occasional additional time required during audits, budget cycles, or end-of-year financial close
  • Office-based role with possible travel for banking, client discussion, or regulatory purposes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
