Administration Manager

Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Administration Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and streamline all administrative functions, ensure office operations run smoothly, and support organizational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative operations and office procedures.

Supervise administrative staff and coordinate support services.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.

Coordinate logistics, supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.

Oversee scheduling, correspondence, document control, and filing systems.

Support HR, finance, and procurement departments with administrative tasks.

Prepare reports and presentations for management when required.

Requirements

Nationality: Saudi (mandatory)

Gender: Female candidates preferred (as part of Saudization & diversity goals)

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role.

Excellent communication (Arabic & English), organizational, and leadership skills.

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
