Administration Officer - Qualified Churches of Christ Residential Aged Care Bundaberg Fixed Term - Part Time Opportunity (45 hours per fortnight) About the Role:

We're looking for caring and reliable individuals to support people in their homes with everyday tasks, companionship, and social connection.

The position is responsible for staff administration (rostering, scheduling, and onboarding/compliance checks), resident management (admissions, records, and sales/enquiry coordination), and providing full general office support (managing meetings, finance administration, and stakeholder communication).

What We're Looking For:

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills. Attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks.

Our ideal candidate:

• Manage daily rostering, fill vacant shifts, and support new staff
• Handle admissions, transfers, data entry, and coordinate enquiries/site tours for prospective residents, including fee quotes.
• Serve as the primary contact for residents, relatives, and suppliers
• Provide essential support including scheduling meetings, managing accounts payable/banking, and general clerical tasks.
