Job Description:

8 Y of experience in the Admin operation role

Monitor for the admin inventory, usage& utilization

Manage office Boys work and company cleanness

Manage office maintenance, and other general activities

Participate in office space coordination and organization

Manage the transportation coordination (Availability, cleanness, drivers)

Support in the company events facility and coordinate the execution

Supervise subordinates, monitor, and prioritize workflow and schedules

Coordinate office organization; supplies, budgets, and records

Support in the purchase cycle and follow up of the Mobile lines for the managers

Manage and handle the governmental approvals/ needed documents related to Admin and Health& Safety
-
Coach and lead his team members through conducting continuous feedback, assessing development gap
