So, what responsibilities does the Administrative Affairs Specialist take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?

  • Manage the personnel shuttle service process, ensure supplier control and supervision, and carry out route optimization activities
  • Conduct invoice checks and monitor actual vs. budget performances related to shuttle services
  • Contribute to the development of employee support projects such as fuel allowance and shuttle usage
  • Ensure the personnel meal card process is managed accurately, smoothly, and on time
  • Coordinate the preparation of posters, announcements, and information materials within administrative affairs, and manage related email communications
  • Create purchase requests for canteen equipment, stationery, and other necessary materials for the Headquarters
  • Plan and organize internal social events and competitions
  • Identify the needs of social clubs and manage related approval processes
  • Supervise cafeteria operations of all branches, and carry out process improvements and menu arrangements
  • Monitor and manage end-to-end cargo operations for the company and all branches
  • Conduct research on employee needs in branches and manage the procurement of required equipment
  • Coordinate procurement, planning, and distribution processes of employee gifts
  • Identify Headquarters parking needs and manage the process with relevant suppliers
  • Check invoices related to administrative processes, ensure system accuracy, and perform invoice entries



What are the Required Qualifications?


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative affairs
  • Strong communication and representation skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Analytical mindset with reporting abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
