Typical Day in the Role:
Calendar management support for executives of CSCPe team, Managing budgets, boosting morale, give campaign support, storage room management, events as planned.

Responsibilities:
Team Support:
  • People data management upkeep (titles, cost centers, project codes, etc.)
  • Team alias management
  • Be present and reachable during core business hours to assist with onsite and virtual requests
  • Main point of contact for the team for ad-hoc requests and questions
SLA’s for all requests:
  • Acknowledge emails within 24 hours
  • Action taken within 48 hours or less (subject to change pending priority level)
  • Shipping out items as appropriate for team members
  • Providing assistance in terms of logistics etc, during team and org events.
Finance Management:
  • May perform PO creation/closures for discretionary budget requests
  • GSR/Invoice approvals and receipt confirmation
Space:
  • Assist the lead Admin with end to end support during all team moves, space moves across locations.
  • Ensure Client is up to date with current space locations
  • RE&F/facility request submissions
  • Assist with intern space management
Compliance:
  • Assist with policy enforcement in all business operations and events
  • Assist with required training reminders and tracking to completion
Work Expectations:
  • To be available onsite for all 3 locations on rotational basis, 4 times a week, for a 9-hour shift per day.
  • Willing to stretch shifts based on the situation e.g., Leadership visits.
Procurement:
  • Raise equipment request for the new hires on MyDevice tool.
  • Storage room inventory management for assets, peripherals, SAW’s and supplies
Growth and Development:
  • GIVE campaign support
  • Participate in administrative community meetings and events.
  • Build network and relationships with peers, business partners and external EA’s, customers and suppliers

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of Experience required
  • Graduate and above with outlook and MS tools knowledge.
