Our Administrative Assistants are the backbone of the Ferry System, ensuring passengers are taken care of and excited for a trip on the ferry! Our administrative staff is responsible for the practice of independent judgment when making AMHS reservations for the public. This position requires excellent customer service skills, vision of teamwork, and superb judgment skills.
Become an integral part of a local community in the Great State of Alaska, and work with the DOT&PF and AMHS Central Office to facilitate travel and provide a cohesive Marine Transportation system for its members, Alaskans, and its frequent visitors.
