We are seeking a highly organized, polished, and resourceful female Administrative Assistant to provide top-level support to the CEO and senior management team. This role requires professionalism, discretion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment similar to the precision and detail found in luxury corporate cultures.

Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and senior executives, including managing schedules, meetings, travel, and communications.

Handle correspondence, draft reports, presentations, and confidential documents with accuracy.

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day staff and management requirements, ensuring smooth operations and deadlines are met.

Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism.

Organize executive meetings, board meetings, and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.

Maintain discretion in handling sensitive corporate information.

Work proactively to anticipate the needs of the CEO and management team.

Support the CEO in decision-making by providing well-researched data and summaries.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate or luxury-brand environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
