Administrative Assistant

An established estate planning law firm is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a stable, long-term capacity. This position is ideal for someone who is attentive, values consistency, and enjoys supporting a professional office environment through careful, accurate work. Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Mailing documents to clients, county recorder/assessor’s office, and courts.
  • Calendaring appointments and managing the calendars of multiple attorneys.
  • Preparing and sending documents for signature via DocuSign.
  • E-filing court documents through InfoTrack and e-recording deeds through CSC.
  • Processing and submitting billing claims to insurance companies for legal services.
  • Scanning, sorting, and filing documents into physical and digital folders.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Very strong attention to detail to ensure legal and court documents are prepared and compiled correctly.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel).
  • Experience in a professional office environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
