As a vital administrative professional, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of a high-performing team. You’ll manage complex schedules, orchestrate impactful events, and provide essential administrative support to key technical leaders, allowing them to focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions. Your contributions will directly enable the team to maintain its fast-paced shipping cadence and achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for two technical leaders, ensuring optimal time utilization.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including team dinners and recurring team gatherings.
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, typically 1-2 times per month.
  • Process business expenses accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage the procurement of goods and services, including office supplies and equipment, and oversee vendor relationships.
  • Provide comprehensive general office support and serve as a primary contact for the department/group.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned, contributing to broader team initiatives.
  • Support a dynamic team of approximately 65 individuals, fostering a productive environment.

Must-Have Skills

  • 2-4 years of overall administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within the technology industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in complex calendar management and scheduling.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience utilizing modern communication and collaboration platforms.
  • Minimum 2 years of proficiency with office productivity suites.
  • Proficiency in standard Excel functions.
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • A background in roles with similar administrative demands.
  • Experience gained within a comparable industry setting.
  • Demonstrated stable career trajectory, indicating reliability and commitment.
