We're Hiring: Administrative Assistant

Location: Riyadh/Dammam/Jeddah (Willing to be relocated)

We’re currently looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. Whether you're just starting your career or already have experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle basic office duties like filing, data entry, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with scheduling and meeting coordination
  • Provide administrative support to different departments as needed
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Assist with preparing reports and managing records
  • Help in maintaining a clean, efficient, and professional office environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous admin experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in oil/gas industry or related is a plus.
  • Preferably Male applicants.
