Administrative Assistant

We are seeking Administrative Assistant to support our industrial laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the lab. This role involves handling scheduling, documentation, data entry, purchasing support, and coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist laboratory management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and laboratory documentation.
  • Coordinate lab schedules, meetings, and calendars.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Handle sample logging, tracking, and chain-of-custody documentation.
  • Support inventory control by tracking lab supplies and placing orders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory documentation standards.
  • Liaise between the lab and clients, vendors, and other departments.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
