The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Senior Vice President of Sales and plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations across the campus and affiliated branch locations. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Sales across a variety of tasks and projects
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk by welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, and managing general inquiries
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, filing, and document collation
  • Coordinate logistics for training and recruiting meetings, including preparation of materials, room reservations, and catering arrangements
  • Oversee campus administrative needs such as maintaining kitchen supplies and ensuring office spaces are orderly and well-stocked
  • Manage supply ordering for the main campus and all branch locations within the group
  • Design and implement employee appreciation initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires within the Administration Department
  • Provide administrative support to all offices within the group as needed
  • Assist in coordinating communications and logistics with external vendors
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
