Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to our real estate team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating daily office operations, managing property listings, preparing documents, and maintaining effective communication between clients, agents, and management.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the real estate sales and leasing teams. • Prepare and manage real estate documents such as sales agreements, tenancy contracts, listings, and property forms. • Update and maintain property listings on CRM systems and marketing platforms. • Coordinate property viewings, client meetings, and schedule appointments. • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. • Maintain and organize client databases, filing systems, and transaction records. • Track and follow up on pending deals, renewals, and payments when required.
