We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow within our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing communication, scheduling appointments, and providing general support to staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining company records
  • Support onboarding of new employees and coordination of training sessions
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff as needed
  • Help coordinate office events and meetings
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Discretion with confidential information

Required qualifications:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred qualifications:
  • 16 years or older
