Assistant to the Director (Non-Legal Role)

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Assistant to the Director to support the executive leadership team in managing day-to-day operations. While a legal background is preferred for the analytical and organizational skills it brings, this is not a legal position. Instead, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects, tasks, and communications run smoothly across the organization — using tools such as Monday.com and collaborating closely with different departments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director, including scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-up on action items.
  • Project Coordination: Manage and track projects on Monday.com (or similar platforms), ensuring timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities are clear and met.
  • Process Organization: Assist in optimizing workflows, documentation, and internal processes to enhance efficiency across departments.
  • Data & Reporting: Collect, organize, and present data or reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Internal Communication: Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal teams, helping to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct background research, prepare summaries or briefs on various topics (healthcare industry trends, operational best practices, etc.).
  • Task Management: Anticipate the needs of the Director and take initiative to handle tasks, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
