Assistant Admin Officer

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Admin Officer to join our team. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in administration or office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Support in procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Handle correspondence, courier, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate with departments for routine administrative needs.
  • Provide general assistance to the Admin Officer and management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in administration or related work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work responsibly in a team-oriented environment.
