As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. What you’ll do

  • Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing a warm welcome and directing them appropriately.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answering calls with impeccable phone etiquette and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings to optimize time management for the team.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all records are up-to-date and organized in filing systems.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations that enhance communication.
  • Provide clerical support by proofreading documents, preparing reports, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support by responding to client inquiries via phone or email with professionalism.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong focus on customer service.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency to assist a diverse clientele effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 35 per week
