Job Title: Human Resources Assistant
Location: Dublin, GA 31021
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Pay Rate: Up to $17/hour (W2, without benefits)
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone organized, people-focused, and able to handle multiple priorities in a professional environment. The position supports recruiting, onboarding, record-keeping, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain electronic filing (e-filing) of employee and training records.
  • Schedule phone interviews and onsite interviews for candidates.
  • Prepare and send applicant and new hire onboarding packets.
  • Maintain and update the employee information kiosk.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating employee events and celebrations.
  • Prepare and send birthday cards and employee recognition items.
  • Audit and review data entry reports for accuracy.
  • Coordinate meal catering for company events or celebrations.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma required; some college coursework or HR certifications preferred.
  • Skills and Experience:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior administrative or HR experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
