Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator to support our daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with limited experience who is eager to learn administrative tasks, data entry, purchasing support, and basic accounting functions. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Office Support

  • Assist with day-to-day office operations
  • Handle basic correspondence, phone calls, and emails
  • Help maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed

Data Entry

  • Enter and update information in company systems with accuracy
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files

Purchasing Assistance

  • Support the team with preparing purchase orders
  • Help track orders and follow up with suppliers

Invoice & Accounting Support

  • Assist with preparing and organizing invoices
  • Help the accounts team with basic accounting tasks such as filing, sorting, or data entry

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience required
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts is a plus
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Diploma or degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
