About Us:
We are a growing real estate company in Dubai, specializing in property management, sales, and leasing. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, emails, and documentation.
- Prepare tenancy contracts, Ejari, NOCs, and other real estate-related paperwork.
- Coordinate property viewings, schedule client appointments, and assist agents.
- Maintain and update property listings on portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.).
- Manage incoming calls, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Organize digital and physical files (tenancy agreements, client documents, payments).
- Support the sales and leasing team with documentation and CRM updates.
- Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and maintain office inventory.
- Assist in marketing tasks such as posting ads and coordinating with designers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an admin or real estate coordinator in Dubai (preferred).
- Knowledge of real estate procedures such as Ejari, RERA forms, tenancy contracts, etc.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
