Administrative Assistant – Duties & Responsibilities (Brief)

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
  • Assist the CEO with daily tasks, correspondence, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, quotations, and tender submissions
  • Maintain filing systems and confidential records
  • Support procurement and follow-ups with suppliers/clients
  • Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks
  • Provide customer service and internal team support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
