Requirements:

  • Graduate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of Tally & MS Office
  • Experience in Office / Admin Management
  • AutoCAD knowledge (added advantage)

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

2. Office Management

  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Oversee office equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Organize filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Ensure office cleanliness and functional workspace arrangements

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the point of contact between employees, management, and clients
  • Assist HR with employee onboarding and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management

5. Support to Management

  • Provide administrative support to senior managers
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items
  • Help with project coordination and team communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
