Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support managers and employees through a variety of organizational and communication-related tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure that all administrative duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.


Job Scope

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling communication via phone and email, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain and update contact lists
  • Prepare, produce, and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain an organized filing system
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general administrative support as required


Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
