Administrative Assistant

Frego & Associates is hiring for an Administrative Assistant position in our Flint, MI office. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to multitask and is able to work with the public.

*Full Time

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answering phones
  • Taking messages or routing calls to specific people
  • Greeting customers
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Taking payments
  • Data entry
  • Assisting clients with various forms
  • Scanning and making copies for clients & attorneys
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Previous office experience is a plus.

*Attitude is everything!! A positive, energetic attitude is important.
