Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling general administrative, documentation, and coordination tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and assistant duties
  • Manage and organize documents and files using Google Drive
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain documents using MS Word and MS Excel
  • Assist with office coordination and basic reporting
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, MS Word, and MS Excel
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proactive and team-oriented attitude
