Administrative Assistant

Job Overview

Duties

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry, document proofreading, and record keeping.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management for executives or team members, and organize meetings or events.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and assisting with bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Provide excellent customer service by supporting clients or patients in person or via phone while maintaining professional demeanor and phone etiquette.

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations to ensure seamless communication flow.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively.
  • Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and record keeping.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping practices using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation combined with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
