The Administrative Assistant at BizLink provides comprehensive administrative and office
support to management, Human Resources, and various departments. This role ensures
efficient daily operations, supports employee engagement activities, and maintains
organized office and document control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
Assist the Human Resources department with onboarding documentation and
maintaining organized employee records.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and direct questions to the
appropriate department when needed.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including company events, celebrations,
and birthday activities.
Assist in planning and organizing meetings and internal events.
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document control.
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Manage outgoing correspondence and assist with check drop-offs and external errands
as required.
Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate purchases.
Schedule meetings and support general office coordination.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in administrative support or office coordination preferred.
