Administrative Assistant

Job description

A Property Management Company has an opening for a full-time administrative assistant at a large multifamily property located in New Milford, NJ.. Candidate needs to be well-organized, enthusiastic and customer service oriented. Responsibilities include answering phones, entering, distributing and monitoring the completion of service requests.

The skills/experience essential to the success of this position include, but are not limited to:

Previous experience in a customer service environment.

Previous experience in property management operations but not mandtory

Familiar with management platforms (Real Page, MRI, Yardi)

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

A willingness to learn and grow in the position.

Relationship building team attitude with fellow co-worker and contractors.

Ability to successfully multi-task: work independently and meet multiple demanding deadlines.

A proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.50 - $24.50 per hour
