We are looking for a detail-oriented, task-based Administrative Assistant who can help our corporate executives with a variety of tasks and challenges. The details are as follows:
Responsibilities:-
Work primarily with the company's departments to handle various operational tasks and projects. These projects will include, but are not limited to, assisting with HR responsibilities.

Support the Company Board, Senior Executive team, and VP Operations with projects, travel, and planning customer events. Schedule and set up meetings.

Support HR with projects including data entry, employee onboarding, and interview scheduling, and other duties as needed.

Work in liaison with the office building property management, internet provider, cleaning company, etc.

Order company swag and other supplies as requested by the executive team.

Manage and track IT inventory including computer hardware and software. Purchase additional accessories (keyboards, mouses, etc.) as needed.

Use Excel to compile and organize reports, data, and other items as needed.

Answer and direct inbound phone calls.

Monitor inventory and restock office supplies including business cards, refreshments, printer ink, etc. When possible, work to automate these office procedures to improve efficiency.

Use Excel and other Microsoft tools to organize data as requested.
Qualifications:-
Basic HR related experience would be helpful.

Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Ability to take on multiple projects and stay organized.

Research skills, ability to use resources to learn how to complete a wide variety of demands.

Manufacturing or construction knowledge or experience, preferred but not required.
