Administrative Assistant

Join our thriving financial planning firm in Red Bank, NJ as an Administrative Assistant! We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive professional to support our team and ensure an exceptional experience for clients and prospects.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service
  • Answer and route phone calls, manage calendars, and maintain client records
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our CRM system
  • Prepare conference rooms and manage office supplies
  • Assist with client/vendor events, marketing initiatives, and correspondence
  • Keep the office organized, professional, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in a fast-paced administrative role
  • Positive, outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Experience managing client data in a CRM system preferred
  • College degree preferred; financial industry experience a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
