We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance customer interactions, and contribute to the smooth running of our busy auto dealership and service center. Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and directing phone calls using multi-line phone systems
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing files
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients both in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure all office equipment functions properly
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks for administrative tasks
  • Support clerical activities such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting customer support efforts

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse customer needs
  • Strong computer literacy including data entry, filing, proofreading, and general clerical tasks
  • Experience in customer service or reception roles such as dental or medical receptionist is desirable
  • Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
