Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
Raindrop Repair is a pivot irrigation dealer located near St John, Ks looking for a friendly customer service oriented person to fill a full time office position.

Duties

  • Assist customers over the phone and with over the counter parts sales.
  • Use QuickBooks for various tasks including data entry, payments, and record keeping.
  • Manage company social media accounts and website.
  • Manage and track inventory.
  • Handle basic marketing duties including creating mail flyers and statement stuffers.

Experience

  • General computer skills.
  • Prior customer service or admin experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
