Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for correspondence, scheduling, and document creation
  • Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for team members and executives
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative support
  • Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries, supporting client needs, and ensuring positive interactions

Experience

  • Proven office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus for handling basic financial tasks
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
  • Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or as a personal assistant enhances understanding of specialized office environments
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and proofreading skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in busy settings
  • Excellent customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and organizational prowess

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24.21 - $29.16 per hour
