We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will work closely with an Account Manager in a supporting capacity to assist with customer service requests and ensure a seamless client experience.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service. A passion for client success, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.
Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities
Health InsuranceQualifications
Minimum of 3 Years' Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills,
Detail-Oriented & Organized: High attention to detail, combined with strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Self-Motivated & Adaptable: Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-tier service to our commercial insurance clients by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Ensure Compliance and Accuracy: Maintain meticulous client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and internal company policies and procedures.
