Daily Role Requirements

-Code and process all invoices for the Sporting Grounds and Sandy Creek Barn.

-Process checks, requests and expense reports for the Sporting Grounds.

-Set up CAPEX accounts and complete paperwork as needed to complete each project.

-Set up new vendors as needed for charge accounts.

-Cover the Sporting Grounds Outfitters and Desk Primarily Saturdays and the occasional weekday.

- Complete Check lists assigned from the Operations Manager

- Show drive and innovation.

- Be a role model of the service vision.

- Uphold cleanliness of Uniform and take pride in Appearance, Language and Behavior.

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience

-Excellent Time Management and organization skills; polished verbal and written communication required.

-Experience and comfortability in working with multiple software platforms, inputting data and sales with minimal to no errors.

-Comfortable with member/Guest engagement and task related data entry in a multitude of systems.

-Team player approach, experience working in a team environment preferred.

Schedule:

-This is a Part-time, in-office position with an opportunity to work varied hours remotely.

-Standard business hours for this Role will be discussed..

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
