Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Senior Executive Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across scheduling, meeting and travel coordination, and internal approval processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and manages competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
This is a full-time position located in our Arlington, VA office, and reports to the Executive Vice President.
