Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Responsibilities

  • Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls with courteous phone etiquette, and direct inquiries efficiently
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and update records using MAC, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events for staff or clients
  • Provide customer service support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and offering assistance as needed
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity, ensuring all communications are polished before distribution
  • Assist Owner with HR tasks like hiring & filing docs
  • Additional tasks as needed

Experience

  • Prior office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including MAC, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and document organization
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
  • Knowledge of office equipment operation such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Personal assistant or receptionist experience is a plus but not required
