Job Duties/Scope Of Work
This position provides clerical and logistical support for the HAMMER Operations organization. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- -Answering calls made to the HAMMER Operations trouble phone, monitoring the associated Microsoft TEAMS channel and mailbox.
- -Responding to or relaying work requests that support training activities, facility operations, facility maintenance, and the reporting of safety concerns to appropriate team member.
- -Assist the facility manager and building warden during emergencies and abnormal conditions to relay information to and receive information from various buildings and training areas on campus utilizing the radio, phone, and intercom systems.
- -Generate service requests for various office and facility support needs.
- -Store, maintain and retrieve files and records associated with facility and equipment assets.
- -Assist with efforts of tracking and maintaining inventory control across the 88-acre HAMMER campus.
- -Compile session packages for training (rosters, manuals, lesson plans, etc.)
- Assist with packaging and sending documents to training records.
- -Coordinate and schedule assigned facility resources.
- -Provide back-up for other staff members in their absence.
Basic Qualifications
-High School diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- -Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- -Intermediate computer skills and familiarization with Microsoft Excel, Word, TEAMS, OneNote and Sharepoint
- -Basic knowledge and experience with databases
- -Strong communication and grammar skills
- -Strong attention to detail
- -Ability to work independently and as a team to complete tasks
- -Able to work 4x10, 5:00AM-3:30PM
- -Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge
Desired Qualifications
- 10 + years of relevant experience
- Experience with customer service and working with the public
- Experience troubleshooting classroom IT issues
- Knowledge of training practices and processes
- Familiarity working with OUO documents
- Experience working with facility scheduling software
- Experience supporting an organization providing facility operations or maintenance functions
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, customer service oriented, able to prioritize work and work independently

Grade 5: $49,688 - $62,663
Grade 6: $54,575 - $68,825
Grade 7: $60,135 - $75,813
Grade 8: $66,150 - $83,450
