Full Time- Office Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Answer Phone Calls, Schedule Client Appointments, Interact with clients
  • Create a Welcoming Environment and Have Amazing Customer Service (Face to Face and On the Phone)
  • Work around 10AM – 5PM (Hours May Vary), Monday to Friday

Skills Needed:

  • Tech Savvy, Professional and Friendly Attitude, and Willingness to Learn
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish)
  • Ability to Multi-Task, Be Organized, & Be Responsible with Paperwork
  • High School Degree or Higher

Other Important Information:

  • Starting Pay $17.00 hr. - opportunities may increase depending on work ethic
  • Looking for employment ASAP
  • Open to a Paid Internship for Business and/or Accounting Students
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation

Summary

  • As an Office Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the Office Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, managing phone communications, and performing clerical tasks. With core skills in computer literacy and organizational abilities, you will ensure efficient office management. Your bilingual proficiency in Spanish will enhance communication with diverse clients. Additionally, your experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks will support our administrative needs, making you a vital asset to our team in delivering high-quality support in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
